Cross Financial Management was established in January 1999. We are directly regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority).

Deane Cross is the proprietor of Cross Financial Management and he has over 25 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. He worked in the LloydsTSB Retail Banking sector for 10 yrs and then moved into the LloydsTSB Financial Services sector for 9 yrs, reaching the level of Senior Financial Consultant.

Deane left Lloyds TSB Group in 1999 to set up his own IFA business. He initially joined Sterling & Law Ltd for the first 18 months, they were part of the IFA Network (now Sesame Nertwork). He then moved to an IFA group called Investment Design where he stayed for for 2 yrs. About 20 members of Investment Design, including Deane, then formed a new group called Financial Alliance.

Deane worked within this group right up until December 2007. Both Investment Design and Financial Alliance were part of Sesame Network.

In January 2008 Deane arranged for Cross Financial Management to be directly authorised by the FSA.
